Mind The Dance

In this Dance Training participants will be introduced to Mind the Dance principles .  We will explore a safe enough sanctuary so our dance can lead us.  Solos will give expression to our dance and personal movement histories and cultural influences.  We will work on spontaneous compositions and  time space curiosities.    Key elements in this work: Cultural Sensitivity, Dharma Art,  Somatic Intelligence, and  Improvisation.  

Please wear comfortable layers of clothing suitable for working outdoors as well as inside and bring a blanket, cushion, notebook, and pen. This work invites dance knowledge and principles that touch the  art of the ordinary.
